  • 30 WPM typing speed
  • Customer complaint resolution
  • Answer and respond professionally to voice mail
  • Highly organized

Frontline Tasks

  • Intense one-on-one telephone communication with CEO
  • Maintain and organize calendar
  • Maintain and organize virtual filing system
  • Maintain and organize E-mails for response
  • Research projects as needed

Frontline Skill Set

  • Three to five years experience as a Virtual Assistant
  • MS Office Suite a must
  • 80 WPM typing speed
  • Comfortable taking dictation over the phone
  • Highly organized
  • Experience using Go To My PC, Salesforce.com and SugarCRM

  • Answer phones
  • Coordinate email responses
  • Must be familiar with internet travel arrangements
  • Versed in multiple platform communications (Blackberry, Skype, Yahoo Messenger, AIM).
  • Research tasks as required
  • Coordination of logistics, shipping and order fulfillment

  • Five to seven years experience as a Virtual Executive Assistant
  • Professional phone presence
